PREFERRED CUSTOMER PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Preferred Customer Program was created for thousands of our loyal customers who want to continue using one or more of our breakthrough products. In appreciation to you, our member, Unimed will continue to supply our products and impeccable level of customer service at discounted prices.
- This program is an Automatic Shipping Program; one month or two month intervals auto ship only, as members are informed by a Chamonix® representative before initial sign up into the program.
- Members of the PCP can order any product that is manufactured and/or exclusively distributed by Unimed at the discounted price of 50% plus shipping and handling year round, provided that your scheduled shipments are still active. That means any product, any time, at 50% off the retail value!
- Please note that all of those who wish to enroll must be prior customers of Unimed International unless referred by an existing PCP member.

CANCELLATIONS: Members must call at least 2 weeks before their next shipment to cancel out of the program. Customers will simply be taken off the program. No questions asked.

CHANGES: All changes to automatic shipments should be made two weeks in advance to the ship date. All shipments are charged and shipped the first of every scheduled month.
- There are no refunds on the Preferred Customer Program, only merchandise exchanges with exception to your initial sign up order which is eligible for a 60 day money back guarantee, excluding trial orders.
