• All returns and/or exchanges must be pre-authorized by a Chamonix customer service representative. An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is obtained by calling our customer service department at 1-800-SKIN-211 (1-800-754-6211) between the hours of 9am - 6pm EST Monday through Friday.

• Any merchandise returned for a refund without an RMA number will not be processed.

• Refused and Return to Sender packages are not eligible for a refund without first calling for a RMA number.

• RMA expires within 30 days of issuance. Merchandise must be received within 30 days of the RMA date to receive credit.

• All merchandise returned for a refund is subject to a 9% processing fee.

• Only the most recent order of the same product can be refunded.

• All shipping and handling fees (where applicable) are not refundable.

• We take pride in our industry leading four month money back guarantee. This will remain in effect. Customers are entitled to a refund or exchange for a full four month
period from the date the original order was placed. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this guarantee period.

Important: Half price promotions, other special event sales or promotions may have different return policies. Please review carefully.

There are no refunds on the Preferred Customer Program, only merchandise exchanges with exception to your initial sign up order which is eligible for a 60 day money back guarantee, excluding trial orders.

To protect the integrity of our national brand, it was necessary to make some amendments to our returns and refunds policy for Chamonix Nutraceuticals.  Please take a moment to review the following important terms:
